Our shipping policy participate in the Triple Dildo.us Commitment & Code of Ethics. 

Dildo.us Code of Ethics Rule #1:

> Free Shipping in continental US for orders over $69.00 

> Very Low shipping Fee for orders below $69.00

By default, every order over $69.00 is shipped free of charge in Continental US. Low fee from $4.99 to $7.99 applies to other orders. 

At checkout, the customer can decide to keep the free shipping option, or to upgrade to a faster option, at an additional cost described below 

> $49.99 to 54.99 Flat Rate overnight shipping / Next Business Day 

> $27.90 2 days (for order over $69.00) or $24.90 for orders below $69.00)

> $19.90 3 days (for order over $69.00) or $16.90 for orders below $69.00)

Dildo.us Code of Ethics Rule #2: Discrete packages 

Orders are shipped in anonymous sturdy boxes. Label on the box displays generic mention “Online Merchandise” along with shipping terms.

Your credit card statement will also read "Online Merchandise" along with the company name "C&P Tech, LLC"  (C&P Tech LLC is the company owning the online boutique "dildo.us")

Handling:

Standard orders are processed within 2 business days.
Time in Transit times is estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed.
Shipments are processed on business days Monday - Friday.
All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once the tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Note on International Shipments
Customs forms will be filled with the description of “Online Merchandise” and the true value of the goods.
We cannot be held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
All items sold on the site are legal in the USA, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs Agents in your country.
