Return and Refund Policy
We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection more difficult. This is why we provide a vast pool of information on each product that we sell, from material name and texture to measurements and actual-size images. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase.
We distinguish 2 types of returns, defined below.Â

Return Case #1: Defective Item Returns
You have 30 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced or refunded at your best convenience. Dildo.us will provide prepaid shipping labels that the customer can use to return the item.Â
 Return Case #2: "No Question Asked" Convenience Returns
You have 7 days from your order delivery date to return unused items. This "Convenience Return" is offered by dildo.us to keep you, our Customer, happy with your purchase. The only requirement is that the product is not used, and returned in its original undamaged and unopened package. Upon return of the merchandise, Customer service will provide a refund of the product.Â
Return processÂ
- All returns must be pre-authorized.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Service department (Customer@dildo.us) and obtain an RMA number. RMA stands for "Return Material Authorization".Â
- Step 2: Once you have an RMA number, please return the material in its original package at the location provided by customer Services. In case of defective item, dildo.us will pay for shipping cost.Â
- Step 3: Once dildo.us receives the product, a refund will be provided to the customer.Â
When can I expect my credit and/or replacement?
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.
